Delivery methods

Yerevan — Same-day Courier (small/medium plants ≤20 kg; fits in a car)

- Carriers: Yandex Go / gg

- When: Same day for orders placed before 11:00; otherwise next business day

- Window: Coordinated with driver; you’ll receive a message when on the way

Regions — Standard Delivery (Aragatsotn, Ararat, Armavir, Kotayk)

- Carrier: HayPost (door delivery or post-office pickup)

- Speed: Typically 1–3 business days

- Cash on Delivery: Not offered

Large Trees / Oversize Items

- Carrier: ggTruck / Van (2-person handling)

- Oversize definition: >20 kg, height >150 cm, or pot >Ø28 cm

- Window: Scheduled delivery slot to protect the plant and your space

Rates & free shipping

- Free shipping: Orders ≥ 20,000 AMD (eligible methods)

- All rates: Calculated at checkout based on address, item size/weight, and carrier

Final shipping cost appears after you enter your address.

Processing times & cut-offs

- Order processing: 1–2 business days

- Same-day cut-off (Yerevan): 11:00

- Dispatch days: Mon–Fri

- Public holidays: Orders ship the next business day

Live plant handling

- Weather-aware shipping: Dispatch may be delayed during extreme heat or cold to protect live plants.

- Thermal/cool packs: During <0 °C / >32 °C, Orchids, Citrus, Coffee & Bonsai ship with appropriate thermal/cool protection.

- Protective packaging: Breathable boxes, recyclable fills, and stability supports keep pots upright and leaves safe.

Tracking & delivery experience

- Updates: Email/SMS tracking when available; couriers may call on arrival

- Signature required: Orders ≥ 20,000 AMD require a signature

- Missed delivery: Carrier reattempts or arranges pickup; support is available if you need help coordinating

Live Arrival Guarantee (plants & trees)

We guarantee your plant arrives alive and healthy.

- Report window: 24–48 hours from delivery

- What to send: Order number + unboxing photos (box, packaging, plant/pot)

- Resolution: Replacement (same or similar item)

- Exclusions: Issues due to improper care after delivery or prolonged unattended exposure

If a plant looks stressed after transit, reach out—placement, pruning, and watering tweaks often restore vigor quickly.

Returns & exchanges

- Décor & non-plant items: 14-day return window; unused, in original packaging

- Live plants: No returns (covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee)

- Return shipping: Paid by the customer

- Non-returnable: Custom pots, gift cards, sale items
